Before joining the firm, Mr. Chen had served as court attendant and clerk assistant in Taiwan Shilin District Court during alternative military service period, assisted court hearing, producing and delivering judicial documents.
Upon participation in the firm since 2017, Mr. Chen specializes in civil and criminal litigation proceeding. Mr. Chen has successfully assisted several dispute resolution arising out of proxy fight. He also has involved in cross-border acquisition of equity. Besides, Mr. Chen has experience in real estate transaction related to Land Act Article 34-1, wills and succession , holding heirs' meetings, heritage division agreements, borrowing other's name for real estate's registration, and lease of real property for indefinite period. In addition, Mr. Chen has advised large public relations companies related to Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, Medical Care Act, Fair Trade Act, intellectual property laws and labor laws, and also assisted a famous functional clothing company on non-disclosure agreements, distribution contracts, IP license agreements, etc.
