Profile

Before founding the firm, Mr. Huang has been served for large, medium, and small sized law firm, and therefore built diverse experience in handling legal cases. Mr. Huang has participated in national financial institution mergers and acquisition as well as listing of securities (IPO or TDR) from foreign enterprise on Taiwan Stock Exchange (“TWSE”) or Taipei Exchange (“OTC”). In addition, Mr. Huang has also dedicated to defense of major financial crime litigation.
Upon establishment of this firm since 2010, based on continuity of advanced quality of service and reputation, Mr. Huang has represented different American enterprises in dispute resolution between Taiwan corporation, by handling application of preliminary injunction and following lawsuit before both Taiwan and American courts in cooperation with American lawyer. Mr. Huang also dealt with litigation arising out of shareholder meeting or board meeting in proxy contest dispute. Besides, Mr. Huang has experience in representing a Singapore company to purchase majority of shares of Taiwan IT company; representing a Taiwan listed company to co-work with private fund in Cayman Island to restructure the affiliated company in mainland China; being appointed as corporate director; issuing legal opinion to Hong Kong High Court in probate action; issuing legal opinion to Supreme Court of British Columbia Vancouver in probate action, etc.
Mr. Huang is capable to establish domestic and foreign client’s trust by not only communicating in fluent Chinese, English, and Taiwanese, but also utilizing litigation and non-litigation skill to solve problem.
Meanwhile, Mr. Huang serves as legal aid foundation lawyer since 2011 and being selected as labor specialized lawyer. Mr. Huang continues to devote to pro bono work and commit to public interests for sustainable development of legal system.
